  • How many guests can your ballroom hold? 250
  • How many guests can your courtyard seat? 100
  • Do you have a shuttle? Yes, it goes within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
  • Is there a cost for your shuttle service? Yes, for wedding parties it is $100 and includes 3 rides to and from the venue.
  • Do you offer decorating services for receptions? No, either the couple can decorate on their own or can provide their own decorator.
  • Is there a site fee? No.
  • How many event spaces does your venue have? We have seven, plus a private dining room.
  • How many square feet is your ballroom? 3,500 square feet.
  • Can you bring outside food and beverage? No.
  • Do you have a pool and hot tub? Yes.
  • Do you have a suite for the bride and groom? Yes, our king junior suite. It is complimentary for an onsite wedding, or one suite per 20 booked in a block of rooms is complimentary.
  • What deposit is required? $750.00 at booking and $750.00 three months prior.
  • When is final payment due? One week prior.
  • What type of payment is accepted? Cash, major credit cards, and checks.
  • When is the final number due? Two weeks prior.
  • Do you offer linens? If so, what colors? Yes; we offer white, black or ivory.
  • Do you offer cake cutting service? Yes.
  • Do you offer a tasting? If so, how many items? Yes, two.
  • Can you offer a host bar during the reception and cash bar following dinner? Yes.
  • Do you offer a champagne toast? Yes.
  • How late can we have the room? Until 12:00 am.
